Yup freaking out step 2cs

Another freak out post. 2nd time taking this test because last time I barely failed the CIS portion just needed to have one more star in the borderline part and would have passed. The first time I took it, didn't small talk very much or ask patients What part of their life was most affected and didn't recap or summarize HPI with the pt., I think my closure was very weak the first time aka didn't ask if they understood the plan and if they were ok with it or ask any questions after.
