First off, congrats!
1. Would you be able to reach out to your Pre health office (if your school has one) to see if they could set something up for you? My school does that even if you graduated..worth a try!
2. Any professors that you've been close with? I was able to do a mock interview with a professor I'm cool with
3. Friends and family work great too! (although, some people feel more self conscious around people they are around all the time..myself included haha)
I've been fortunate to have had all of the people I listed above to help me do some mock interviews. Try those, and maybe your dentist where you've shadowed at, or some current/previous co-workers.
