Should I update my application again?

If the schools welcome updates, then send. But for something like this? Why bother?

I forgot to mention that I got cum laude in the award section for the allopathic schools. Should I update the admission emails again? Is it too much or not worth it?

Adcom members are typically made up of Faculty, Deans, and sometimes medical students. They do NOT include the admin ass'ts who do all the grunt work of admissions.

I'm hoping that the staff in charge of the admissions email are not part of the actual admissions committee, so if I do come off as annoying and neurotic, it would not affect my chance of making it to their schools.

You'll definitely be viewed as a special snowflake who expects a response to every missive.
Also, there are some schools that have not replied back to the initial update, and perhaps I can shoot them a P.S. email.
