Correct heading for a thank you note?

Hello all!

I am preparing to write a thank you letter to the school I just interviewed at.

And I'm already stuck on line one.

Any ideas on what to put after Dear or To?
Such as:
Dear Admissions at University X
Or
To the Faculty at University Y
