If you've shown an upward trend in your grades, that could really help! Be sure to repeat any courses under a C-. If you are not planning on leaving CA, then taking the PCAT won't really matter. If you're willing to go out of state (which will be cheaper anyway), aim for a high 80-90 percentile score, but be sure to do well on your chem/bio scores specifically. I think admissions committees will like the fact that you've held leadership positions and are involved with research. I'm sure UCSF would particularly like that.
I definitely think you can get into a good pharmacy school if you get some pharmacy-related experience up your sleeve! That'll also allow you to really look into the profession and understand what you're signing up for before you commit, which is actually quite important. Why would you want to end up with all that debt for a job you barely know about? That's probably one of many questions the admissions committee will keep in mind.
There are schools out there who look at your application as a whole rather than just a GPA, so try to tell a good story about why you decided on this field. As long as you're honest, have a good understanding and are passionate about the field, stay positive-- you'll get in somewhere!
