I'd look at your options as to how long it would take you to graduate if you transferred. I don't know about the 6 year programs, and what type of classes you're taking and if they're transferable (surely a lot are, but if you're taking any pharmacy classes, they probably won't transfer towards a BS at another school).
If you transfer to another 4 year college, you'll probably be looking at another 2 years of school. If you stay at your program, in 3 years you'll have a BS and PharmD.
I'd honestly stay in your program even if it's an extra year. The PharmD will help you more than you think, and you're not really losing much (1 year?) if you just get it done.
With the PharmD I bet you'll be golden for the MCAT, pharmacy school is pretty heavy bio and chemistry so thr mcat will be a cake walk. The PharmD will look great, and it will help you getting into medical school, help you in medical school, and will most likely help you in your future practice of Medicine. If the difference between dropping out of your program and getting a regular BS and getting the PharmD is only 1 or 2 years, I'd 150% stay in the PharmD program.
