I am a pretty active person and I like to run for about 3 miles per day. But whenever I go in to work 8-10hr shifts, I am so dead after that I just want to shower and relax. Is there a way to incorporate exercise into workdays for you retail pharmacists? I've been thinking about waking up early to do morning jogs before going in to work. But I fear that's gonna tire myself out before i even start my shifts..
