I read through charting outcomes in the match and it says that program directors care more about bench press, but squats are becoming more important. To match, you should be able to bench >210, but >240 is necessary for top tier. Also, you better be able to squat more than you bench- otherwise it's a huge red flag.
However, if you are a gold medal-winning Olympian then you might get a handful of other good interviews.
