Hello. So I am a 22-year-old guy. Medical school is my goal. I love medicine. A lot of people told me to go the traditional route and Go for biology major and then medical school but I felt with out modern world and medical school high demand that this traditional route wasn't enough. So I chose Nursing for pre-med. i finished my LPN and RN and now I'm working on my bachelors and I'm finishing that in two years. So I have two nursing license now. I haven't shadowed any doctors yet and I don't have research experience but I have over 2000 hours of clinical in different facilities. Pediatrics, Adult, ER, Medical Surgical Floor, Trauma, Gereiatrics, Dialysis, PACU. I had a lot of contact with patients and I did treatments and medicine passes and procedures and everything a nurse would do and I'm putting those 2000 hours as my volunteer and of course I will emphasize on my statement. So I guess my question is, what am I missing ? What else do I need to do ? I am lost .. Do I do shadowing ? More volunteering ? Research ? And where would be the best place in the U.S. For taking medical school pre-requisites ? .. Help
