You're good to apply to any school in the country that isn't mission-based, regionally biased, or ridiculously low yield (like Brown, which interviews only 3% of their applicants - not worth the time or effort unless it's your top choice school).
You are more or less a perfect applicant. You also have some really interesting life experiences (flying, SCUBA, Krav Maga, etc). GPA will not be a problem in the slightest.
What state are you a resident of?
Here's how to construct your list.
Apply to as many of these schools as you want (I recommend at least 12 of them but up to 16 is fine):
Harvard, Stanford, Hopkins, Penn, UCSF, WashU, Columbia, Duke, Yale, Michigan, NYU, UCLA, UChicago, Vanderbilt, Cornell, Sinai, Northwestern, Pitt, Case Western
If I had to pick 14, I would say Harvard, Stanford, Hopkins, Penn, WashU, Columbia, Duke, Yale, Michigan, UChicago, NYU, Cornell, Northwestern
But the actual list is up to you and your interests.
Apply to 2-4 of these schools:
Emory, UVA, Rochester, USC-Keck, Einstein
Highly recommend doing UVA, USC-Keck, and Einstein
Apply to all schools in your state (we can discuss this more once I know what state you're from)
And you should be good to go. You're a star OP, fly high.
