Rental Car, no under age code !

I was at the Budget Rental Car counter yesterday and they had a sign in the doorway to their back room stating that if you paid for the rental with a USAA credit card (the military credit union) or used the code BCD#Y126500 that you would not pay the underage surcharge. I don't know if this is an ongoing promotion or if it is a limited time but it's worth a shot to save a few bucks!
