No experince with either school but top schools don't work you to death. I go to a top 15 (MS1) and yeah it's hard, but at the end of the week I'm only needing to put in maybe 60 hrs to keep up.
Even at top schools you will still have time to do a lot of things most weeks. Just you won't be able to do everything and some people cut back on sleep to have more of a social life.
