I don't know specifics about other schools, but at my school hosts don't have any contact with admissions except for being placed on a list serve of available hosts. Theoretically, I could contact them if an interviewee did something mind-blowingly horrible, but I never have, nor do I know anyone who has. Aside from this scenario, admissions wouldn't even know who was staying with who.
The one caveat here is some people who were matched with interviewees for certain optional dinners and whatnot are informed if their applicants were accepted, but their opinions were never asked for prior to this. I think it's more of an "FYI, you may be getting some more questions from this person" type deal.
I wouldn't worry about it. Answer her politely and see if she says anything to indicate that she knows more than she's indicated. Admissions knows where you went to undergrad. Highly unlikely there's a direct tie.
