3.6cGPA, 3.5 sGPA, 519 MCAT

An SMP or a post-bacc is a complete waste of time and beyond that it is a real risk. You have nothing to gain and everything to lose by doing one.

Your stats are fine. Your recent grade trend will matter when talking the bigger names and in some cases where you went to UG as well to some extent.

If your hell bent on staying on the east coast here is what I might start looking into. More of a guide to get you started. Invest in MSAR. Pay close attention to a) schools 90th percentile's MCAT b) school's 10th percentile GPA c) %OOS vs IS of a school d) how many applications a school gets(ie I would stear clear of a Drexel or GW)

Jefferson
State Programs
Hofstra
Rochester
Einstein
Duke
Va Tech
Vanderbilt
Miami
Wake Forest
Tufts
Boston U
Mt Sinai or Cornell or Columbia
Case Western(depends on how "east coast you want to go")
Emory

If you are more open to go off the east coast, there are many schools you can add to your list and perhaps you can be a bit more top heavy in your list also.
