2015-2016 APPIC Internship Interview Thread

Hi Everyone. Similar to previous years, this will be a running list of interview notifications and rejections for the 2015-2016 APPIC internship application cycle. It seemed helpful to utilize the following format when providing information on interview notifications:

-Site name
-Date notified
-Invite or rejection
-Track (if applicable)
-How notified (mass email, personal email, phone)
-Interview date
-Type of cookies you ate today and how many

If you would prefer to remain anonymous, feel free to message me directly (click on my picture and click "start a conversation"). I would be happy to post this information. Looking forward to moving onto the next phase in the internship application process!

-Univ of Wisconsin Madison Psychiatry Department (Wisconsin Psychiatric Institute and Clinic); 11/4 via personal; adult track; interview - 12/7, 12/16, 12/21, 1/4, 1/11
-Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center at Lackland AFB; 10/30 via personal; interview - 12/3 (social) & 12/4 (interview) or 1/7 (social) & 1/8 (interview)
