What is the medical world's take on race? I've had multiple sociology and anthropology courses instruct me that race is a social construct with no real genetic basis (which is why it's wrong to try and attach significantly heritable traits like intelligence like that Bell Curve book) but then I'll see presentations on the med campus about race-based differences in genetic markers and epidemiology.
